Bronze. With triangular blade and projection at back of socket. A dragon's head with long projecting tongue like an arrow adorns the upper part of socket towards the blade. A small lion is crouching on the reinforced upper ridge of the blade. At the back of the socket are four lance heads linked by a rope between two small ibex heads. The legs of the ibexes rest on the socket between five rings of ligature.

Legrain publication: "Bronze axe. Elegant weapon with fine reliefs. The triangular blade reinforced by a ridge, has a hook at the lower edge, and is attached by a thin bridge to the socket. A gaping dragon's head in relief adorns the socket at this point and its long arrow-like tongue reaches the middle of the blade. The upper edge has, moreover, a small crouching lion in the round. Four spears links by a rope project at the back of the socket between two ibexes' heads. The four legs of the animals in relief on the socket between the rings. 229 x 76 mm."
