Description
Horse or bull (?) passant. with head stall and halter. Trimmed mane. Long tail. Rings but no spikes.
Legrain publication: "Bronze cheek piece of a horse-bit. The figure of the horse is heavy. The short head seems to wear a head-stall and a halter. The mane is trimmed,. but the tail long. There are rings but no spikes. The hole for the bit is cut across the shoulders. 95 x 88 mm.
