Description
Painting by Munggurrawuy Yunapingu depicting two Bandicoot Men escaping a great fire by submerging themselves in the Gainmaui River. The diamond pattern at the sides is a clan design, in this case representing fire. Top and bottom of bark inserted into split sticks.
